  1. Contact our customer service team at support@jewellondonrocks.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that were included in the original shipment.
  3. Clearly label the package with the RA number provided by our customer service team.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s).

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please keep in mind the following terms and conditions when returning your item(s):

  • All returned items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
