At Jewel London Rocks , we are committed to providing high-quality crystal products that you will love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that were included in the original shipment.
- Clearly label the package with the RA number provided by our customer service team.
- Ship the package back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s).
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please keep in mind the following terms and conditions when returning your item(s):
- All returned items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
